A usability test was conducted to analyse by people from the healthcare sector. The following indications were very useful as it allows me to grasp matters I haven't thought about and even subtle points I had noticed when the users were testing it, for example; an icon should be aligned more to the left.

Throughout the test, the main points they have made are:

This was the first change to make when they were running through the Eczema AI Tacker, some titles for each section didn't make sense. Some users didn't know if it was asking about their diet triggers in general, which is why it has been changed to Diet Triggers for Eczema” instead so further context was given to understand more of the condition.

These two improvements also concentrate on providing more context of the condition so the AI can analyse more of the symptoms. New questions added were about eczema triggers. The ability was to foresee how it has affected them, especially understanding how many times the triggers would occur or last a day. The second screen below appears straight after the first screen where it indicates the severity of the symptoms. The second screen is an add-on from the first screen. The second set of questions can help identify the causes before the severities.

The screens showcase the before and after screens of the new options. This allows users to have better choices especially since there weren't as many options before the alteration. I replaced the previous options such as Upper Body and Lower with Chest, Back and Torso was it provides more context on which affected areas as well.

This is a newly developed screen. One tester said it would be helpful to have a section where users can review the answers they have given on the assessment. This is so they can skim through and evaluate the symptoms that make up the overview of their Report.

This is a snippet of the screen, as the actual screen is very long.
