After my initial survey, an in-depth survey was released so I can learn more about the treatment process and what were the main factors that patients faced. Such as the treatment period; what were their symptoms; were they monitored closely by a doctor; the difficulty of booking appointments etc. Especially if they felt like they had support throughout the trimesters or did it impacted them negatively.
Throughout the survey, I also added the same questions from the previous survey, this is so I can gather more responses other than four answers. It was also added to balance out and even out the flow of the new questions.
The results of this survey were disappointing because it got no responses after posting it twice on several Facebook groups. The responses would've been helpful, mainly because I could use the answers to make the app even more personal and figure out circumstance users are/were facing. However, I will make sure that Flare covers important elements users are facing by making the app accessible and reliable to use.
